Thanks to Vivalda’s long-standing association with suppliers such as Akzo Nobel and Axalta, Vivalda offer all standard colours. Our PPC products are quality assured through the global Qualicoat accreditation system.

Vivalda use 1.5mm aluminium as standard, the enclosed edges increase stability and prevent paint from flaking at the edges. Grooved panels do not have enclosed edges due to the nature of the manufacturing process.

The door panels benefit from using 3.2mm fibre cement boards as they provide a durable dimensionally stable and impact-resistant material that will withstand extreme climates as well as resist rot and fungus.

The door panels are insulated using Polyfoam Laminating board which is a rigid extruded polystyrene board that is lightweight, has excellent structural strength and is resistant to moisture absorption.
