Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • You are a guest at Vivalda.
  • You wish to become a customer of Vivalda.

  • An employee of ours gives your contact details as an emergency contact or a referee.
  • An member of our gym gives your contact details as an emergency contact.

What are your rights?
