The new Rockpanel
From basic facades to premium and everything in between, Rockpanel have recently made a wave of changes in their facade line up offering cladding options to suit a range of budgets and aesthetics whilst keeping safety at the forefront.
Here’s a heads up of all the key changes and additions;
Rockpanel have categorised their facade ranges into five key areas;
1. BASIC facades – Ideal for basic applications and renovations, this budget friendly range is easy to install. Rockpanel Basics consist of Rockpanel Ply and the newly launched Rockpanel Uni range – a robust and simple range of facades, offered up in 4 RAL colours in a 6mm thickness. The boards are lightweight, re-paintable, easy to handle on th and workable like wood. Furthermore Rockpanel Uni is moisture resistant, meaning it doesn’t expand or shrink and sealing of the edges is not required.
2. NATURE facades – groups together the Rockpanel Natural, Woods and Stones to offer architects the appearance of pure and nature cladding
3. DESIGN facades – arguably the most exciting of the facade ranges, this portfolio groups Rockpanel Metallics, Colour, Brillant and the ever distinctive Chameleon ranges – offering up something for bolder design choices
4. PREMIUM facades – Rockpanel Premium allows you to take any facade inspiration from the range and offer an upgrade of A2,s1-d0 as standard, meeting fire protection requirements for your projects. Rockpanel also include ProtectPlus as standard in the premium range, with the highest protection against dirt and graffiti. Other features include a choice of finishes – matt, medium or glossy.
5. PLANKS – Rockpanel Lines2 is known for combining contemporary lines with a more traditional and classic design. Rockpanel Lines2 takes the classic tongue and groove profile to create a Versatile, durable, easy to maintain and cost-effective.
Rockclad now becomes Rockpanel Colours – with an impressive 144 colour options in total.
The standard colour range has been extended from 24 to 50. In addition the Rockpanel Colours special range is expanded with 44 new colours. The entire Rockpanel Colours range is based on RAL and NCS standards for an exact match with other building elements, and even a custom colour option if your requirements are more bespoke.
