VIVALDA Services:

Technical – VIVALDA optimised all Cembrit & Equitone boards to maximise yield and minimise waste.

Fabrication – VIVALDA’s in-house beam saws cut all boards to the relevant sizes.

Delivery – Deliveries were phased to suit the different stages of the build.

In early 2021, the brand-new 106-bedroom Hilton Garden Inn hotel in Snowdonia opened its doors. Vivalda supplied Cubic Facades with over 1200m2 of 8mm Cembrit Patina in Flint Grey and 10mm Equitone Linea in Pebble Grey as well as the rivet fixings and Nvelope system. Ruth Sith at Cubic Facades commented; “We have a fantastic long-standing relationship with Vivalda Manchester, so when we were asked to install the Equitone and Cembrit at the new Hilton Hotel at Surf Snowdonia we knew exactly where to go. They issued a plethora of samples to the client and even supplied a large panel for a mock up. Deliveries were restricted on site but Vivalda never let us down.”

Vivalda’s in house beam saws cut all boards to the relevant sizes as dictated by the board optimisation software, before being delivered to site in phases in line with the site’s requirements.
