Cherry Tree House, also known as Tulloch Court, is an extra care facility featuring forty-six apartments, designed for those aged over 55 with certain care requirements. The Marley Eternit EQUITONE Textura in white was used to create calming accents around the building as a contrast to the stand out red which has been utilised across other sections of the development. The fibre cement EQUITONE panels were fixed using a secret fix dhesive onto a timber frame to create a clean, uninterrupted facade.
