Vivalda expands to Hull, setting up offices in Mount Pleasant, East Hull as the business continues to expand.

Vivalda purchase the current London branch in Park Royal with the ambition to own all its premises.

Vivalda continues to expand with fabrication facilities set up in Manchester.

The accumulated profits from the ongoing success were re-invested with the purchase of the Vivalda Hull branch.

The Vivalda Group Plc was established to create a more robust and corporate structure.

Vivalda crosses the English borders and launches offices in Glasgow where Vivalda Scotland is born.

Later in 2013, Pura Facades is launched, a new company within the Vivalda Group specialising in lightweight GRC operating at Victoria Road too.

Vivalda celebrates its 15th anniversary year and continued success!

Vivalda purchased the large premises in Aston, Birmingham that houses the Vivalda Birmingham sales offices and fabrication site, Head Office offices and Pura Facades fabrication facility.

In mid-2017, Vivalda Group Plc’s Head Office team was officially built following renovations to the site for their own dedicated space.

Another successful year of Vivalda saw the setup of Vivalda Ireland in late 2017 and moved into the premises in County Kildare in 2018.

Cumbernauld based MSP (Scotland) Ltd joins Vivalda Group in mid-2019, now positioning itself as Britain’s largest independent distributor of façade systems. The acquisition further developed Vivalda Group’s portfolio as well as an accredited powder coating facility.

MSP’s powder coating facility is given an identity of its own called Prism Powder Coating, located just a stone’s throw from the MSP site in Cumbernauld.

Pura Facades purchase a sales offices of their own as the team grows in Queen’s Park, London and expand their fabrication facility in Birmingham.

Continued growth enabled Vivalda Manchester to purchase a larger facility in Worsley, renovations are due to begin ahead of a 2022 move in date.

Manchester moved to its new 4,000 sq. ft. fabrication facility in Worsley, doubling the business’s capacity to supply A-rated rainscreen facades to contractors.

Following continued success, Vivalda Ireland expands with a €1.3million investment in its new Naas branch.
The new facility at Naas Industrial Estate measures an impressive 8,500 sq ft – eight times the size of Vivalda Ireland’s former nearby premises.
