The interview process consists of two-stages. This is so the company are able to get to know the individual, ensure they would fit in with the current team and so they are able to gain more knowledge on the company and can be sure that the role/environment would be suitable for them.
If an individual is invited to an interview, this means that the recruiting manager feels that the application submitted shows the individual is capable of doing the role, the two-part interview process enables the company to explore the role and the individual’s skills and experience in more depth.
If a candidate has been successful through the interview process, the HR department or the recruiting manager will contact them, to make a verbal offer of employment.
