Vivalda’s Polyester Powder Coated (PPC) Aluminium panels go through a pre-treatment process to ensure longevity before they are powder coated using state of the art equipment that offers a 25 year powder coating guarantee. The process is the application of dry paint powder to the panel by electrical charge to ensure adhesion. Using high temperatures, the polyester is melted and cured to form the finished panel.
Polyester Powder Coated (PPC) Aluminium composite panels are available in RAL, BS and Syntha Pulvin colours and even coated to a marine environment finish if required. They are designed to individual specification by Vivalda’s team and you can achieve flat, stepped, rebated or corner panels with this material.
Furthermore, Polyester Powder Coated (PPC) Aluminium composite panels can be matched to flashings, sills, soffits, fascia’s column casings and cover trims. Vivalda supply aluminium thicknesses in 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2mm or 3mm, but the overall panel can be any thickness that is required for the project and in sheet sizes of up to 4000mm x 2000mm.
