Vivalda cladding is mould proof, vermin proof, pollutant and chemical resistant and will withstand insect/organic attack. The Vivalda boards are also stable under ultra-violet light and are graffiti and vandal resistant as well as being hygienic and easy to clean. Vivalda Lamina can be either face fixed or secret fixed using the traditional methods. Vivalda carries stock of all necessary framing systems and screws and rivets. Available in 4 thicknesses, 5 sizes and in 8 woodgrain finishes and 4 fantasy finishes, plus all the colours (see below) you will find specified for all variety of building projects from sports stadiums, schools, hospitals, housing projects, industrial units as well as sophisticated architectural buildings. Vivalda Lamina represents one of the most versatile cladding panels available on the market today - it is sufficiently hard wearing and durable to resist any weather conditions, but light-weight and smooth enough in finish to fulfil a variety of internal and external applications.

This high-pressure laminate board is interchangeable and robust, suitable for fascias, soffits, internal walls as well as balcony and balustrade applications. Owing to its modest weight it's also a popular choice for mobile/temporary building protection.

Manufacture

The solid grade laminate consists of resin-impregnated cellulose finished with melamine, incorporating a unique UV resistant surface. This undergoes chemical cross linking under high pressure conditions, which ensures the durability and strength of the panel.

Fixing

The panels can be fixed using a comprehensive range of fixing systems. Additionally its degree of interchangeability means any specification can be met.

In facade applications, Lamina Massief can be screwed to vertical timber battens, or riveted to an aluminium subframe. Fixing can also be concealed where an unbroken surface is required.
