Lamina External

Lamina External is a high pressure laminate board manufactured under extreme pressure and heat to form a panel with high strength and versatility, suitable for external new-build or refurbishment applications. Lightweight, easy to cut and fix and with a minimum life expectancy of 30 years, Lamina represents a good, robust panel for a variety of external applications.

Manufacture

Lamina External has been developed for outdoor usage. The solid grade laminate consists of resin-impregnated cellulose finished with melamine, incorporating a unique UV resistant surface. This undergoes chemical cross linking under high pressure conditions, which ensures the durability and strength of the panel.

Fixing

The panels can be fixed using a comprehensive range of fixing systems. Additionally its degree of interchangeability means any specification can be met.

In façade applications, Lamina External can be screwed to vertical timber battens, or riveted to an aluminium subframe. Fixing can also be concealed where an unbroken surface is required.

Available in 66 colours comprising plain, metallic and wood grain finishes.
