ProdEX Cladding

ProdEX cladding is a composite panel faced with a natural wood veneer and coated with a proprietary coating, based on synthetic resins and PVDF, which protects the panel from the effects of sunlight (UV), chemical attack (anti-graffiti) and damage caused by atmospheric agents.

ProdEX cladding is available in 8 wood grain colours - Cream, Dark Brown, Deep Brown, Ice Grey, Light Brown, Mocca, Pale & Rustik. The product thickness ranges from 3mm to 22mm. Standard cladding panel size is 2440mm x 1220mm.

Fixing & Maintenance

ProdEX cladding can be visibly fixed to a wooden or metal sub-frame using colour matched screws or rivets. It is also possible to install ProdEX using concealed fixings either mechanical or adhesive. A minimum unobstructed air-gap of at least 20mm must be maintained behind the facade and at the top & bottom of the facade also.

ProdEX cladding may be cut using good quality wood cutting tools with hard metal blades (Tungsten Carbide or Widia). The cut edges do not require any further treatment after the machining process.

ProdEX cladding does not require any further maintenance during its lifetime.

Product Certification & Guarantee

ProdEX cladding has been awarded Q-Mark certification from BM TRADA (equivalent to BBA and tested to the same standards in UKAS approved test facilities).

ProdEX cladding is guaranteed for 10 years providing it has been installed in accordance with our recommendations.

Fire Rating

ProdEX cladding is available in a Class 0 (B-s1,d0 in accordance with EN 13.501-1) version.
