Trespa Meteon Cladding Panels

Trespa Meteon architectural cladding panels are available in a wide range of standard colours, effects and finishes - or can be custom made. Meteon is robust and durable, as well as being aesthetically pleasing. Meteon is a flat cladding panel, based on thermosetting resins, homogeneously reinforced with wood fibres and manufactured under high pressure and at high temperatures. The cladding panels have an integrated decorative surface and are suitable for façade cladding, facsias, soffits, balcony cladding panels and balustrades, urban furniture and sandwich cladding panels.

Meteon is highly suited for ventilated façade cladding systems. These breathing cladding systems offer possibilities for high insulation values, perfect building physics and contribute to a healthy indoor climate.

Meteon is extremely weather resistant, and sun, rain and moisture have no effect on the cladding panel's surface or core. Both the UV resistance and colour stability are high. Rapid temperature fluctuations do not affect the properties, stability or appearance of the cladding panel. Colours will not change significantly for at least 10 years, even under severe conditions, or in heavily polluted industrial areas.

The smooth panel surface has a closed non-porous structure, ensuring that practically no dirt accumulates and the cladding panels are unaffected by household cleaning agents or strong organic solvents.

Meteon does not melt, drip or explode and retains its stability for a long time.

Meteon is tough, the core of the material is homogenous and dense, ensuring that the cladding panel has a high pull-out rate for fixings or fasteners. This helps when the panel has to be invisibly fixed with screws or inserts. The dimensional stability of Meteon is comparable to hardwood, whilst being not affected by moisture and are not susceptible to weathering, mould or rot.

The range of colours is a plus in the Meteon range; choose from Metallics, Midtones, Accent Colours, Natural Prints, Light Neutrals, Naturals and Dark Neutrals. The finishes are called originals, rock, gloss or satin.
