The evidence of Vivalda's continuing investment is our workshop, which have fully computerised laser cutting capabilities able to accommodate some of the most demanding requirements. Having such technically advanced machinary to hand ensures that every cut is precise and accurate.

Vivalda's in-house fabrication facility can shape, drill, bevel, cut and finish to almost any specification.

Vivalda's workshop uses machining tools such as pillar drills, bevelling machines, spindle moulder, beam saws and a CNC, all serviced by a state of art extraction system.

Complimenting the builder's workshop is the latest in optimisation software.

Magi-cut

As with most non-decorative and decorative board materials, Vivalda's cladding range is manufactured as flat boards in varying dimensions. It is of great importance when fabricating or designing a panel layout to consider the wastage factor. Vivalda overcomes this problem by using the latest in optimisation software called Magi-cut. This calculates the best cutting method from the boards original size, minimising wastage and maximising board yield.

CNC Router

Panels requiring speciality edge finishes, face grooving, accurate pre-drilled holes or duct cut outs can be fabricated using the latest software and technology available on our CNC machine.

This can cut the most intricate design or shape using computer aided software to engineering tolerances. We can also import your own designs or drawings in the correct format.
